Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Can Openers (due to hygiene concerns)
- Casual Glasses and Champagne Glasses (unless damaged in transit)
- Cooking Utensils & Tools that show signs of use
- Opened or used Bar Tools
- Any products that have been assembled, used, or altered from their original state
The Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The timing of when the credit appears in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above.
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item you prefer.
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method.
- If the exchange item costs more than the returned product, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
